Hello Students! आज हम IT (Information Technology) का बेसिक और ITeS इंडस्ट्री के बारे में पढ़ेंगे। ये नोट्स आपके एग्जाम के लिए बहुत आसान भाषा में लिखे गए हैं।

1. What is IT? (Information Technology)

IT का मतलब है कंप्यूटर और टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग करके डेटा को मैनेज करना। इसमें कंप्यूटर हार्डवेयर और सॉफ्टवेयर दोनों शामिल हैं।

Definition: "IT means creating, managing, storing, and exchanging information using computer systems."

2. What is ITeS? (IT Enabled Services)

ITeS को Web-Enabled Services या Remote Services भी कहते हैं। इसका मतलब है वो सेवाएं जो इंटरनेट की मदद से दूर बैठकर दी जाती हैं।

Examples of ITeS:

• 📞 Call Centers (Customer Care)
• 🏥 Medical Transcription
• 💰 Payroll Management (Salary counting)
• 🌐 Website Services

3. BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

जब कोई कंपनी अपना कोई काम (जैसे कॉल सेंटर) किसी दूसरी कंपनी को सौंप देती है, तो उसे BPO कहते हैं।

BPM (Business Process Management): भारत में BPO इंडस्ट्री बहुत तेज़ी से बढ़ रही है, जिसे BPM इंडस्ट्री भी कहा जाता है।

4. Application of IT (IT के उपयोग)

IT का इस्तेमाल आजकल हर जगह हो रहा है:

• In Home Computing: Games, Movies, Email, Social Media.
• In Libraries: Digital books, issuing books using Barcode.
• In Education: Smart Classes, LMS, Online Exams.
• In Healthcare: MRI, CT-Scan, Patient Records.
